   I’ve been going to Jack’s for many years and I was used to getting a little salad with my order of steak. I was surprised and delighted when we had the option to choose two sides with our meals. Now there’s been a drastic cut back with only a choice of potato with your steak and no salad or vegetables included like in the past. When I asked the waiter about it he was just very matter-of-fact. I feel that the wait staff and the hostess were not as friendly as in the past. I’m assuming they’re getting more money and that’s why the cutbacks at least customer service should go up and you should feel heard and welcome

   Drinks and dinner were great and we walked down the street from our condo to enjoy it. Though not a place for quiet conversation the liveliness and energy in the space was fun.

   Great food and service. We made a last minute reservation and they were very accommodating on a busy night. Will definitely go back again.

   Love Jaks! Service is always great and the steaks are y the best around. Prices have increased but still loved this place.

   Further cut backs are really making me think twice before visiting. The latest change of one item with your steak vs the original two, is basically a $13 price increase (basically order a salad separately). Service started off pretty well, but waitress completely disappeared after the main course, dessert took forever, was about to cancel it, but it was eventually brought out by another waitress. On the fence if I’m going back, but wife really likes the Jaks red wine.

   Had reservation and was surprised to be immediately seated - expected to wait a few minutes. Wait staff was excellent and attentive. Food was good and well prepared. One of my favorite restaurants in Wesr Seattle.
