   Food wasn't nice, unfortunately. The Mac and cheese was diabolical in appearance and taste. Quite offensive to serve that in a Caribbean restaurant. We was told there was no festivals but a table who ordered after us got served them. There was no Ting, Sorrel or ginger so most of the drinks we wanted couldn't be made. The roti was nice all things considered. The sauce from the curry goat was nice but the protein wasn't, the meal overall wasn't nice, it would've been better to just have the veg and sauce without the protein. The jerk skewers were the nicest thing we got but you only get two, so not worth the value. The rice that came with the skewers wasn't nice. The mash and gravy was below average. Also the time between starters and mains was far too long, the sides came after the meal though the lady took the Mac and Cheese of the bill because of this which was a nice good will gesture. I wanted to support and considering the concept on the restaurant, I really wanted to like it however on all fronts, standard of food and value, it wasn't cutting it. I won't be returning.

   Really enjoyed a meal out with my husband. We enjoyed the jerk steak and festivals for starters and curry goat and fried chicken for main.

   The festivals were out of this world. They were soft on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside dusted with it tasted like cinnamon sugar and coconut. The sauce dip that came with it was also delicious not to peppery just right for someone who doesn't like pepper. I then had the crispy mushroom which came with mashed potatoe with peas soup on top and cabbage and a sauce on the side. It was delicious. I had the sorrel cocktail which was nice but I felt it was too sweet. All in all it was a great venue for myself and my son. I am still thinking about those festivals yummy. I will definitely return and recommend to others.

   We recently celebrated completing our social work degree at a charming vegan Caribbean restaurant. The evening was memorable, thanks to the clean and cosy ambiance that set the perfect tone for our celebration. The staff were excellent, providing attentive and friendly service throughout the night. Although we faced a minor issue with upgrading our seats to better accommodate our party of six, we made the best of the situation and still enjoyed our evening immensely. A highlight of the night was meeting the head chef and the restaurant’s owner, who were both incredibly welcoming and passionate about their craft. The menu was nothing short of excellent, offering a diverse and delicious selection of vegan Caribbean dishes. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor, making it easy to commend the restaurant for its outstanding food choices. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we look forward to returning soon!

   Gorgeous food, gorgeous cocktails, gorgeous decor - staff could be a little friendlier and toilets were a bit grim (freezing cold and very strong smell of damn) but overall lovely

   The food is good. Only issue is it took 40 mins for starter/ small plate to come out. If I didn't pick up with one of the staff it may have taken even longer. Reason for delay was never communicated.

    I have dined here several times before and food has been great. On this occasion the curry goat was not up to par and 3 of us had finished eating before the other 2 got their meals. Cocktails were great as usual but it was very noisy. I do still recommend as overall food is good.
