   It was average for the price. Nice waiter. Nice starters 2 prawn cocktails and a steak tartare. 2 pasta ragus both too salty and a very overcooked venison cutlet. We didn't complain. It was ok. But just average. Sorry Jamie I was hoping it would be better

   A number of items were unavailable on the menu, considering this is a peak time of year for dining out after going to the theatre. I ordered scallops as a starter, I was presented with three of the smallest scallops drowned in butter and not a crusty herb coating in sight. I did have a grand total of 6 scallop shells to decorate my plate though. The Ribeye steak was cooked as requested but a little on the thin side, no fries available to go with the Ribeye as a side! Seafood linguine was actually spaghetti, advised they had run out of linguine…… The dessert menu was once again found lacking with 2 of the six items offered not available. We ordered a dessert for our daughter(kids menu) which finally arrived 20 minutes later. The cookies served were so hard, that I wondered if they had previously been part of the foundations of the luxurious building that adorned the restaurant. The hot chocolate served with them had almost morphed to a sorbet…I assume that happened during the 20 minutes we waited for it to be served. Head waiters walk around in suits thinking they are on the set of Miami Vice, moving bits of cutlery on unoccupied tables. The junior members of staff were very polite. Our waiter took exception when I asked for the £22 service charge to be removed from the bill considering his service had been lacklustre and our overall dining experience had been disappointing by the number of items unavailable to order. The menu only offers 6 items per heading(ie starter, main etc). At least 2 unavailable on each set! Over the past 20 years we have dined in a number of the different guises Jamie Oliver’s restaurants have presented themselves in, this by far was the worst experience.

   Had a lovely experience, staff very pleasant good with our dog, (sat in the alley) food fabulous prices great.

   We had a fabulous afternoon meal with great food and service. Our server was outstanding! She helped us with recommendations and delivered everything with cheer and care. The meat pie is one of the best I have ever had and my wife had the pork chop to great delight. We saved room for excellent desserts. There are so many good choices on the menu, the place begs for a return visit. Well done, everyone!

   Nice place but could have done with a bit of chill background music - I think there was some music in the background but hardly noticeable. Simple menu but covered all the bases - nice gravadlax and prawn cocktail starter - chicken main was good but pastry a bit thick - lovely sticky toffee pudding. Service was impeccable - not overbearing and right there when you needed something. Just needs to go up a notch on the ambience as it’s a big space.

   At first, the service was excellent. The food was really good, especially the ribs pie with the bone and the turkey. The venue is beautiful!

    Despite the delayed getting the table and had to wait for 15 mins, the manager went above by offer complimentary drinks as an apology. Small touches that make the different. Very good comfort food, and good quality. Attentive staff and friendly. Definitely will go back again.
