We don't take ourselves too seriously at Jax Fish House. Two things we do take seriously? The freshness and sustainability of our seafood. You know fresh fish when you see, smell, and taste it-and thanks to modern delivery technology, we bring in that freshy-fresh seven days a week. Sustainability is a little more complicated. Not all commercial fisheries are created equal. That's why we work closely with our suppliers and science-based organizations to ensure that every single thing we serve is responsibly sourced. We consider the stocks of the species we source to prevent overfishing and we work with suppliers who harvest in ways that have minimal impacts on marine environments.

Jax is available to you for all things FRESH and fish and we have a menu for every budget. We are a charming, cozy restaurant and have no private party space, but there are many different seating arrangements we can provide to create the perfect event for you and your guests.We have reservation space available for parties from 1 to 16 guests. Larger reservations for up to 30 guests may be available at multiple tables. Great service from all the staff. Happy hour got us a dozen oysters to share an my dinner of catfish and hubbys scallops were outstanding.

One of our favorite restaurants. Delicious seafood and great staff. Staff attentive and friendly always ready to add to our dining experience. Noise level high on a Friday night at 5:00. For us, weekdays the best.

This was our third year for the Feasr of the Seven Fishes (Christmas Eve). We love the tradition and the food, service and ambience were great. The only (small) negative was the music- techno club music was loud and not a great backdrop to a Christmas Eve meal. Everything else was fantastic!

We had the 7 Fishes special menu. All courses were outstanding. Branzino with polenta was delicious. Started with a Sauvignon Blanc then Sangiovese. Worked well with all dishes.

We like this place for special occasions. Great service. Food is consistently good as well, although I should have ordered differently last night. Love the oysters, good service -- like really good, not this unskilled crap you get most places these days. Can be very crowded but its small and I'm glad we have one here. 5 stahs!
