                                                                                            The service was excellent, my wife and I both ordered prime fillet scewers and they were dry and overcooked $22.00 for each scewer $17.00 for one salad and $11.00 for each backed patato. Not sure if they will make it on the island

                                                                                            The restaurant ambiance was compelling from the moment we walked in, dark, sophisticated and interesting. And our waiter Steve (who happened to be covering the host station when we walked in), greeted us warmly, seated us at a great table, provided engaging descriptions of menu items and specials, and was relaxed, but attentive, throughout our entire meal. The supporting staff were also all excellent. And the food was outstanding! We had three different steaks, all well seasoned, cooked perfectly, with delicious sides and sauces! Desserts were also delicious. Not sure we can fit another visit in before our trip ends, but we will if we can!

Tomahawk was smaller than expected so we had to order another steak to share. The barmaise sauce was terrible it was cold, clumpy and could not be poured was not good. Caesar salad was really good. Steak was cooked very good just wish it was more for $150 usd.

                                                                                            JAX was our Christmas dinner on this island vacation and it was a merry experience. All of the wait staff were friendly and attentive. The food was awesome! I had the short ribs and the rest of the family did steaks. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Try the dessert sampler because it will be hard to pick just one.

                                                                                            Celebrating Christmas Eve at JAX was so enjoyable with our server Jackie. The tomahawk steak was fabulous with the best loaded baked potato. The island vibe dessert was so fresh with coconut and passion fruit. Very reasonable prices with the steaks including vegetables and a starch. Highly recommend!

                                                                                            Jackie was our fantastic server last night and made our first time at Jax a memorable experience! The food is exceptional, especially the lamb chops and NY Strip. It was flavorful and tender and juicy. Perfection. The service wasn’t hurried which allowed us to really savor each course. We plan to return! And thanks to Jackie for making it such a wonderful experience for our family.
