Jean Georges is set in a beautiful room, with stunning views of the unusual Dublin skyline. Service was really good, the only blemish being that a second coffee had to be chased a few times. Also there was no attempt made to take our coats away from the table, which falls short of what one expects in an establishment of this calibre. However at the business end, the eggs benedict was tasty, with good quality bacon and proper potatoes used for the dish. The coffees and green juice were also on the money. This review applies the high standards applicable to a restaurant at the upper end of the market. I will definitely return, but not every week...
