   We celebrated a birthday at Jeff Ruby’s, and it was an unforgettable experience! The food was absolutely excellent—perfectly cooked steaks, flavorful sides, and a dessert that capped off the night beautifully. The service was impeccable; the staff went above and beyond to make the evening special, even surprising us with a birthday treat. A fantastic atmosphere combined with top-notch food and service made it a celebration to remember! Highly recommend for any special occasion.

   This was my second visit to a Jeff Rubys location with the first being in Cincinnati. The food and the experience was just as great as the first time . The food was fantastic and our servers were fantastic. Jeff Ruby’s is definitely word the experience and the cost .

   What a wonderful experience! From the service to the food, everything was amazing. Olivia was our waitress, she was very knowledgeable about the menu. The management team was great as well. This is a must visit if you’re in the area.

   Great atmosphere, impeccable service. The food wasn’t the best steakhouse I’ve ever been too- but wasn’t bad. The shrimp cocktail was fresh, the cocktails were good- might have been better for a spot like this to have a mixologist on staff. The bread was amazing- however the truffle butter was over powering. Ordered a burger, bun was cheap- need to step up the bun and cheese game. The fries weren’t fresh cut, no onion rings on the menu- this is a steak house! In my party we ordered 2 different steaks and two sides. Corn bread wasn’t done all the way though, was soggy and underdone in center, creamed spinach was served in a small square bowl slopped on the side. Minor presentation things to work on. The salads we ordered weren’t show stoppers bacon bits from the freezer not lardons tossed in an abundance of dressing- instead of served on the side. Ordered the Freddie and the wedge. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great- but this spot didn’t earn my seal of approval to return or send people their way.

   One of the best fine dining experiences we’ve ever had in Nashville! Our server, Donovan, was absolutely incredible and is what made it such a great experience. The steak was solid but the sides stole the show—highly recommend the Mac n cheese and the creamed spinach. Carrot cake with caramel espresso martinis was the perfect cherry on top for the meal!

   Amazing service and a menu with a purpose of awakening your appetite. Our team, Tyler and Tyler, never left us needing a thing and yet we had an intimate evening. Their recommendations were delicious as well as our individual choices. Absolutely cannot go wrong with the raw bar, for a great variety of beef, the wagyu flight and the carrot cake. Most importantly request Tyler and Tyler! Your dining experience will be unforgettable.

    Have eaten at Jeff Ruby’s about ten times in Nashville and Cincy. Tonight was not their best effort. Took my wife for her 65th birthday. I took 3 hours to eat even though we ordered our dinner ten minutes after sitting down. My baked potato was so cold that the butter wouldn’t even melt. My steak was cold too. Worst part was waiting 35 minutes to get our car from the valet. I asked the waiter if it was a busy night and he told me it was just normal. Never had a bad meal or experience at JR’s before.
