   Definitely would recommend for a date night. Unlike any other restaurant that we’ve been to. Excellent food selection, outstanding atmosphere and service was top notch. A truly unique find.

   the food was good but they were out of many items when we were there. service was quite slow - took 45 minutes after we ordered to receive our food.

   We had a 7:45 pm reservation and arrived a few minutes early, but we were seated right away in the main dining room. Our waitress came over introduced herself, pointed out the specials, answered our questions about a few dishes. We started off with the beet salad. very very tasty lamb chops with vegetable medley, and my wife had lamb shank. All the dishes were very very tasty. There were a couple of large parties next to us. They were ordering all kinds of interesting food choices. Very creative will certainly be back again. Service dinner ambience all great.

   The area is very crowded with may restaurants so parking is a problem since my husband uses a walker. Is was dumb luck that I found the Handicapped slots behind the buildings.

   This is our second visit to Jibek Jolu, the first was for a double date night in the summer which I would highly recommend with the summer outdoor seating. Overall great atmosphere , food was delicious , we ordered a group platter which was enough food for 4 adults and our 4 small children . The hostess was very friendly and gave the kids lots of coloring pages and crayons to keep them busy while we waited for the food. While we saw other groups with small kids I won’t call this a kid friendly place, rather a date night place, too pricey for our lunch get together considering there was no kids or lunch menu, food takes 30+ mins to come which made the kids a bit inpatient. I would recommend this place for a date night or adults only groups.

   What a fabulous find in Glenview. Drove from Chicago to see a a French film only playing in Glenview Lucky us The stroganoff with its delectable riced potatoes under tender beef The Vareniki were so elevated from simple fare And racing we had no time for the wonderful list of desserts. The tea we enjoyed was a blend with added honey mint and lemon Amazing flavors throughout Will definitely visit again !
