   They brought us burnt garlic bread, two times,to the point it was audible when tapped on the table. When they brought our food out, they dropped some and said they were going to put more on to replace it. That never happened. Our server argued with my friend who does not like eggs. My friend simply asked that they do not put eggs in her steam bag. Our waitress said that there would be eggs in it and my friend said that she wouldn’t eat it then. The waitress changed her mind quickly after that. Overall, the service was horrible and the price we paid was not worth the experience at all. Will not be back. They were not even busy

   We made reservations in advance as a party of 7 and were seated immediately when we arrived. But after being seated it took a long time for the waitress to even come get our drink order. The food is way overpriced, and yes I know seafood isn't cheap, but the portions were slim. I ordered a crab bucket and there was maybe 4 halves of potatos total. For an expensive bucket I expected more. Half of our party did not enjoy their food at all. For the price we paid, we definitely expected better food and faster service.

   We had a total of 7 at our table, family of 5 on one check, family of 2 on the other check. I was always tip 20% or more depending on the level of service. I’m a good tipper. When I was told my check (for 2) already included an 18% tip, this upset me and I certainly didn’t add more tip. I didn’t say anything as my wife doesn’t like confrontation but I won’t be back to Joe’s Crab Shack. I like to be generous, not somebody be generous for me.

   I had the peach bourbon salmon with tempura shrimp and my companion had the shrimp sampler. Both meals were well prepared and were delicious. Robert was our server and took excellent care of us.

   Made reservation and was seated on time. Our waiter was great but it took almost an hour to get food. My coconut shrimp was crispy on the outside but the shrimp was mushy inside. Only ate 2 and couldn't finish. It was so loud in there we couldn't talk.

    Server was excellent. Salad with shrimp…shrimp way overcooked or simply reheated and old. Crab boils…really good. East coast sampler….so so. Back. Wrapped shrimp were old, mushy, and not hot. Great location, lots to see and do after we ate along the Landing. Joes…5 out of 10. Some good, some opportunities. It closed in Omaha for about the same reason in regards to food quality and inconsistency. You can do this, just need better oversight and leadership!
