   Super sweet waitress. She looked like she had to serve the whole restaurant single-handedly, so the service was super slow….our table was never bused; drinks never re-filled; food (two small plates) took forever; and she had my credit card so long I got concerned. Not blaming her. She was very kind. She needed some support! Fun vibe. Nice window view at night. Food was eh. Peel and eat shrimp was NOT DEVEINED. Gross! + no flavor. Calamari was okay. Overall, definitely not a restaurant for a foodie, but fun place to visit if you have no time constraints.

   Jennifer out waitress at the Sacramento location was amazing! Was our first time and we can't wait to go back!

   We arrived for our 6:15 reservation. The computer system was down and had to wait about 45 min to be seated. We ordered drinks but had to wait another 30 min to order. Food was very good. When it came time to pay the bill we had a few issues. We split the check as we had 4 different families at the table. We indicated during the initial order what checks were on what order. We tried to get our check correct 3 times and finally gave up. Paid for 2 drinks that were not mine. Oh well. I was tired of waiting.

   First time eating here for my husband and I. Food was delicious and the staff were all great. Computer system went down but the manager stepped in and was serving plates to help out. Peach glazed Salmon is worth going back for.

   We went here for NYE . The restaurant is poorly managed. The entire place was in chaos. The food was terrible, the staff tired to be apologetic, but nobody can apologize enough for food that shows up 2 hours later and it’s not made properly. Most of the food was burned and tasteless. The entire kitchen staff, all 3 of them looked chaotic. I will be surprised if the place is still in business a year from now. Sacramento has just lost its appeal to families who want to have a nice evening out, we have to go to Roseville or Folsom to have better food experience.

   We entered Joes and asked to put our name on the list to which the host (male, bald) laughed and dismissed us. He stated they are only taking reservations due to being NYE. Not a problem if they've changed things to reservation only as all the years prior we just come a couple hours early and put our name in. However it costs nothing to be kind to customers instead of dismissive and rude. We exited the restaurant, got on the app and got a reservation immediately. The guy scrambled when we came back in. Additionally, my husband got violently ill later in the evening. He's the only one who had the East Coast Platter. The food was very mediocre for the price. The only positive to our experience was our server Jennifer was amazing. Sadly we will be finding a new spot for our NYE tradition.

    I really enjoyed this place - great service and the NY strip with shrimp combo was amazing. The drinks were great would definitely recommend.
