   We eat at a lot of seafood and compare the restaurants. It was our first time eating here and we asked for a boil. Assuming that the boil we ordered would come out in a bag we ordered it. I explained that we are use to a spicy ole bay cayenne mix that is what we like. It was recommended to get the sunset fire grill sauce. The boil came out in a pot and had a small amount of spice sprinkled on top and we get sides of butter. We are use to the boils coming out with a lot of soupy sauce already made in the bag. I got the ole bay seasoning she received the sunset fire. I was disappointed that I could not really taste my food the spices were not enough for me nor was it spicy. She received the same set up but with different seasoning but her seasoning smelled awful and tasted weird. She usually eats all of her seafood but she pushed away and did not finish it as hungry as she was. I found to be odd then shortly after she says my stomach and rushed to the restroom and then hit me later.

   Very nice experience. One of my king crab legs was empty and our waiter SHANE took care of it... I got a whole new cluster of legs. AMAZING. I traveled from Northern WI to eat at a Joe's and stay awhile. Joe's (SHANE) made the experience a wonderful one. Thank You!!!!!

   Captains platter Stuffed crab was not good. Staff agreed they have not received good reviews on it. The fish was no better than Long John Silvers. Paid wayyy too much for this plate. Wife’s shrimp platter was much better, and cheaper. Manager tried to make it better by giving me more of the tiny shrimp…by that time my meal was ruined.

   We had never had crab before and was really looking forward to trying it but had no idea where to start with our order. Our server Alyssa was so helpful, she sat at our table with us and went through the menu and made recommendations for us. She kept checking we were okay and was very friendly. She made our visit so much better than we had anticipated. She was amazing. The food was delicious, cooked really well and very tasty! We can't wait to go back.

   Our server was kind and cared about our experience. The kids food was overcooked but still manageable to eat after pulling off their breading layer to their chicken fingers. For first time visitors we wasn't impressed.

   Called at 6:00 to book a reservation for 2. Got a 7:30 reservation. When we walked in, were told it would be 5 minutes. Waited 30 before we were told “they had overlooked our reservation and had seated someone else”. Was seated at an open table in front of the bar. They pulled the bartender to be our waitress. There were a ton of open tables on the patio and in the dining area, but were told they didn’t have staff to open them. There were others that didn’t do a reservation that waited an hour. Then they started running out of food. Shrimp, certain types of fish, all gone. I think that the wait staff tried their very best, but were fighting a losing battle. When we did get our food, it was overcooked. Ordered the seafood steampots that came in plastic bags. Our crab legs were so overcooked the meat inside was hard. I’ve never tasted anything quite like it. Again, I think that this needs to be placed squarely on the owners and not the staff itself. They need to make sure their employees have the tools to do their job- and the people. Overall a terrible, terrible experience.

    The overhead speaker system was so loud you could not carry on a conversation with your party. Also having a hard time hearing our waitress. The fish definitely was not fresh. Tasted as though it had been refrozen several time. My white fish was grey in color and my son's crab legs were more like trash than a meal. Once again were like they had been recooked. The waitress was running around alot, but unable to give requested information about a meal, nor able to refill our drinks when requested.
