    Quite disappointing. I have been to this restaurant so many times and never had a bad experience until yesterday. Made a reservation weeks in advance to watch the oilers game. I even made a note to please sit us near a TV and also was in contact with a staff member. I couldn’t stress enough that we want to watch the game. However, we were sitting on a table that you could not see the TV. Of course, we didn’t stay. Waste of our time.

    Our server, Megan, was an absolute doll. She took care of us and was attentive and chatted just the right amount. She gets a gold star in our books!⭐️

    They food was amazing, but the service was sub-par. He wasn’t that busy and yet he hardly interacted with us.

    We go to this restaurant often and they’ve just recently changed the menu. I don’t mind change sometimes but so disappointed they took the sliders away! Everything on the menu is getting so pricey that it is making it a hard choice to go without some reasonably priced items. They also removed the strip loin prior to that and now only have sirloin or tenderloin. It’s one of my favourite restaurants so I’m sad that it’s becoming one of the most expensive ones in the area

    Our service at Joey was good as usual. I forgot our waitress’s name but it started with a K and she was wonderful. It was a bit tough to watch the hockey game as half of our party had their backs to the tv but we did make adjustments and it was fine. I was disappointed that a couple of the menu items were removed especially the sliders! They are our favourite. (Just an observation not a complaint)I do understand that changes are good too! Even still it was a wonderful time with friends and the food we had was good as always!

    It was game day so I understand things are busy pre-game, BUT… this doesn’t give the restaurant the right to skimp on the drinks- ordered doubles that literally barely tasted like anything in it, and they were “supers” with little to NO slush, what’s the point of ordering a super if you can’t enjoy the slush!! Food was mid, nachos had a thick layer of salt on them, making the guacamole completely unenjoyable, mention to the waiter and it wasn’t even taken off our bill. Not a great overall experience, server was very slow and seemed to be in his own world- I would not recommend Joey Bell tower on a game day.

    Walaa, Emma and Sophie was amazing. They were attentive, kind and made sure my friends and I were taken care of. They truly deserve all the love. Infact, ima need yall to give Walaa a raise. Most wonderful person ever. Been coming here for years and will continue to come here just because of Walaa & Emma.
