   Our experience last night wasn’t good. The hostess was wonderful in getting us a booth and seating us. But the service wasn’t good at all. It made our experience pretty crappy. Food was alright but once ur mood is blah it’s hard to enjoy.

   We had great service yesterday seated in the bar area. Can't remember our server's name but she was attentive & refilled our drinks as needed. The food was amazing as always. We love coming to Joey's Burnaby. It's a 40 minute drive but always worth it.

   Overall service was good and server did try hard to provide good service, just a few things to note, we ordered a bottle, at some point, server took away our wine glass and did not replace it a bit odd.

   Our server Kiana was amazing. It was her birthday too, the same date as my daughter and that’s why we celebrated it in Joey. The staff went out of their way to prepare special drinks waiting for us at the table and a chocolate gift with card . Best of all, they indulged me with a dessert that has happy birthday on it, just what I requested. My daughter was so happy and we won’t hesitate to come here again. Thank you for making us feel special. Cheers

   Excellent server. Loved her energy and smile. I give her 5 stars. Sorry I tripped her with my briefcase. Josh Campanaro is by far the best Regional Chef in the business.

   It was my birthday so we came here to eat, food was delicious, ambience was great, but when my friends asked to get me a birthday dessert the server said “who’s bill will that be on?” ! At a large chain restaurant like this I was completely shocked that they made us pay for a birthday dessert. Don’t come here for a birthday lol

    My mom and I went out for dinner, the service was top-notch at this location. Our server did an amazing job and was super friendly, kind, accommodating, and punctual. We ordered the zero proof margaritas, along with blackened chicken, tofu bowl, and crème brûlée cheesecake for dessert. Everything was a 10 out of 10 for the food and drinks. The vibe of the restaurant was modern yet family-friendly, the ambiance was wonderful. Definitely looking forward to coming back to this location again. Keep up the great work.
