    Great food and atmosphere. Service was fantastic! Very attentive, and focused on a quality experience. It was my birthday, and they endured I was well treated on my special day. A mistake was made on one of our meals, and they went the extra mile to apologize, correct it, and adjust our bill. They went above and beyond. The restaurant was busy, and thus noisy, but that didn’t really impact our dining. 5-star experience!

    Service was nice and friendly. However, the overall cleanliness was not good. Silverware was dirty and my water glass had particles in it. There was still garbage on the side that was from before. Food took a bit of time to arrive and the spaghetti was not warm enough when we got it. It was still delicious and the waitress was very nice but overall not the best experience

    Had reservations for early dining and taken right to our table. Appetizers which were excellent, brought immediately. Then, it all fell apart! We noticed that the people beside us who had arrived after us received a complimentary dessert without receiving their main course. Much laughter between the manager and the tablemates. We then received an order of garlic bread, but no main course. Meanwhile, the table, who had come in after us, had now received their main course while we still waited! We signalled the waitress who said she couldn't understand why we were not getting our meal, but we should be assured that when it came, we would receive a new order of garlic bread. Not a garlic bread at no charge, but a new order. Our nearby table had now finished their meals AND desserts while we were still waiting for our main course. Something was seriously wrong, but no explanations were ever received nor an apology. It wasn't the greatest of evenings and our reservations had been made for 6 p.m. so the 'rush' had not even begun. Very disappointing!

    Great time celebrating my boyfriends sister who graduated! Everyone really enjoyed our meals and were very surprised when several people came over to introduce themselves and check in how everything was going. We will be back!

    Food was great, our server Joan was super nice. Tables are a LITTLE high above the lounge booths, felt like a kid trying to sit at the adult table lol. Not a really big problem, just felt funny

    Four Senior women who are all foodies! Sat outside and were waited on expertly and never waited for anything. Our dishes were expertly cooked , plated and served. Katsu chicken salad, Blackened Chicken with warm potatoe salad........everything was awesome. Love Joey Coquitlam!
