   Service was so slow for a Sunday evening. The restaurant wasn’t full and it took our server about 20 minutes after arriving to come to the table and then we had to ask someone to find her again so we can pay the bill. Not the service we are used to - very disappointed.

   It was overall average. From waiting at the door for our reservation, they gave us complimentary Prosecco while we waited, which was nice. Server was pleasant, we did wait awhile to order a second round of drinks though (noticed a couple times he was on the side chatting with another co worker)and they came after we finished our food. Ordered the steak and that came luke warm so I asked it to be microwaved. We were going to order a few apps from the happy hour menu because my boyfriend was still hungry, but due to the wait we just left.

   Out 8:30 reservation were not ready ,went to bar orders drinks ,we were told to sit at the bar where it was tight between all other customers ,we chose not to a d sat on the party table (long) in front of bar (bar tender acknowledged us there ). Manager comes to us to force us to pay for the drinks because we’re not sitting at the bar. (I left no tip ). 40 min later after arriving we get called up to hostess ,table wasn’t ready and we go back to our seat on the long table ,another tells us we have to leave because 18 people will be arriving shortly and the table is reserved. So they would ask our table to move and pay 49 min of our time but they asked us move like cattle for 18 reservation. We left and went to another restaurant near by. You lost us Joeys DonMills. Cowards. Poorly run.

   I made reservation for dinning area and once we got there we were told it's not accepting anymore customers so we need to sit in the bar area which was very annoying having to make a reservation and have the option to choose but being forced to sit in the bar area at a highchair and loud music which we couldn't even hear each other. Also the hosts offered us free champion which he never brought over.

   We had a great lunch today! From the hostess at our entrance, offering us a glass of Prosecco, to seating us in the dining area at a wonderful table, our amazing waiter, Paolo, and our delicious meals! We had such a great time and the staff could not have been nicer. We will come back again!

   Erin was very nice! And we loved how they gave us our welcome drink at the door, we usually have to ask for it at other locations.

    Most horrible experience it’s not even worth leaving a review such a long review. I plan on calling to speak to a manager regarding my experience.
