   It was all about the server this visit. Not our first time to Joey's Lansdowne but this will rate has the best visit largely driven by Kat our server. As my wife said, if we owned a restaurant, we'd try and recruit her now! Food was very good as well - no disappointments.

   Delicious food! Quick service. No complaints! We go every year around Christmas time and it is always excellent!

   Great food, waiter was very personable and a good server. Nice touch with the glass of milk sparkling wine when being seated.

   Our dinners were both top tier. Chicken Parmesan and a ginger chicken salad. Took a while for a waiter to come take our initial drink order but great service after that

   This is one of the busiest restaurants in Ottawa but I was never willing to wait at the door for a table to be available since there are so many other restaurants around Lansdowne. However, I finally made a reservation to go and I see why the restaurant is so popular, even though prices are on the high side. Everyone at our table loved the food and the service was the best I’ve experienced in Ottawa for a while. Mia was so attentive. You have to try this place at least once.

    The hostest was sitting us at a booth and when we arrived there was already a customer there. She walked us back to figure it out and brought us to a new table (high top) we asked to be sat at a booth that was being cleared and our group of 4 was denied because a 6 person group was going to be sat there. Fine, but the group ended being only 3. That was a little annoying. The hostest and the servers were nice and professional. The food was good. The portion have gone down and the prices have gone up. Drinks were decent. Moscow mule should not be served in a glass glass.
