   If anything could go wrong it did, 25 minute wait for a table with a reservation, appetizers were cold, and cocktails were interesting, blue cheese stuffed olives in a dirty martini. That said the team at Joey’s were on it. Our server Max made sure our concerns were heard, we had several senior team members pop over to try and smooth over the hiccups. Our server Matt was very professional while handling our questions despite it all and it was a lot, Max never became flustered. Job well done Max

   The overall experience was okay. Not the best. They did not have our table set up with cutlery and it took them a long time to bring us two pairs. We ordered the truffle fries as an appetizer and it came out fairly quick but were very cold. You could tell it sat under the hot lamp for a while and were not fresh. It was quite disappointing. The flavour was there and it was quite good but I think it would have been better if they were fresh. Our mains came out fast but we had the same problem, it was cold. My partners ravioli was hard because it sat out for so long. Again, the flavour was good just disappointing that it was cold. Our drinks were amazing and we have no complaints. We ordered the duo of donuts but again they were hard and cold. These were the worst. You could not cut them or even bite them with your teeth. It was beyond disappointing. The service was good. Our server was very nice and helpful. They kept messing up our table and giving our food to the table next to us or the one adjacent from us. I understand it was Valentine’s day and they were busy but this was not the first time I have had these problems at this location.

   Had a wonderful experience. Right from the start we were greeted nicely and brought to our table. Our server Cassandra was exceptional, and went above and beyond for our Mom’s Birthday to make it special. Beautiful location attentive staff!

   Completely satisfied on food, service and atmosphere. One small note regarding music, it’s too loud to communicate with servers and my own group of people.

   Happy hour is really a great deal. The Price is cheaper but you got the same ones from regular menu. Window seat offers you a great sea view. The servers are really friendly, especially our waitress, Stephanie who served us sincerely and presenting to us a very nice smile all the time. I also got a surprise of a writing: HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY (WITH HEARTS), on the dessert plate, even though we ordered only half portion of a cheesecake, but also got some special treat from our waitress, Stephanie.

   I was treated like a queen!!! I had the most amazing birthday dinner yesterday at JOEY Restaurant Shipyards in North Vancouver! From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely exceptional—attentive, warm, and made me feel truly celebrated! The food was incredible, and the dessert they brought out was beyond delicious. But the real star of the night? The blueberry tea—it was phenomenal! Every sip was pure perfection. I felt like a queen the entire evening, and sharing it with my wonderful mama friends from North Van made it even more special. If you’re looking for a fantastic dining experience with outstanding food, drinks, and service, JOEY Shipyards is the place to go!

    Anya our server couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant. It was a gals get away and pre-Galentines celebration. My girlfriends and I were celebrating a 34 year friendship. Anna, the Bar Manager, gave us 50% off our bottle of Sancere, even though it wasn't Tuesday. Thanks to all at Joey's Shipyards.
