   Horrible service and it wasn’t very busy. Food was decent/good, fries were barely warm though. Decorated nice for Christmas and the shakes were fun.

   This is fun for a one time experience. The loaded shakes are pricey, as expected, but decent. The hot cocoa flight was fun and tasty. One of the cups was just water covered with marshmallow, but it was corrected. All of our drinks and food was brought to a different table in three different rounds. That was surprising but nothing had been touched by that table. The server mentioned a 20% service fee because we had a part of 6. When the checks came it was printed at the bottom that it was an 18% service fee for a party of six but we were charged the 20%. The food was good. It was a fun place to be and the holiday decor, as well as the general decor, was pleasing.

   Decor was so fun and festive! Both our waitress and the bartender were super gregarious and fun! Loved it heading back tonight with another group of friends!

   First visit, drawn there through advertisement of their winter wonderland decorations and ornament painting. Service was excellent from the host, hostess, server, the bartender that came out to check how we looked our drinks and shared his favorite with us as well as the manager who checked in on us. Shakes are unbelievable, definitely not for the lightweight, lol. Food was great and cocktails were creative and delicious.

   Great location and fun concept - however it took almost an hour for one martini (with only ~5 other tables in the whole place) and the food and drinks were subpar. Feels like a step up from the cafes inside arcades, complete with children literally running around the restaurant. Prices were average for the area, but I would much rather visit a different restaurant at the quarter at the price point. Overall, would not return.

    My friends and I bought the pumpkin patch deal, and it turned out to be a terrible experience. When we arrived around 8:30 pm, it wasn’t busy at all. We waited several minutes at the hostess stand before anyone even acknowledged us. After finally being seated, it took another 10 minutes before we received any service. And this is the same service we recieved throughout the entire dinner. The “Pumpkin Patch” was advertised as a chance to pick your own pumpkin, but they simply brought pumpkins out from the back. Throughout our time there, we barely got any service, and no one even refilled our water. When we tried to order, it seemed like many items were "sold out the previous day.” The food was decent, but there was nothing particularly special or memorable about it. When it came time to pay, cocktails were advertised as $5 off with purchase of the Pumpkin Patch experience and when we were getting charged full price I explained the deal to the waitress and she said that was “happy hour” price although that is not what was advertised. So, we ended up paying full price when we expected a discount. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Even the milkshakes were disappointing. People seem drawn to this place only because of how well it’s advertised. Save your money and go somewhere else.
