Josephine is the latest concept from James Beard nominated Chef Michael Scelfo of smash hits Alden & Harlow, Waypoint, and The Longfellow Bar.

Josephine is a celebration of family and food, focused on Italian favorites and simple pleasures.

Josephine features deep dish & thin wood fired pizzas and whimsical riffs on classic Italian foods, all set in a lively space. A massive marble bar with craft cocktails, ice cold martinis on tap, and a huge out door space that's dog friendly with an outdoor bar and fire pit will bring you back again and again.

Henry and Brittani were so amazing and knowledgeable. The ambiance was everything and the food was AMAZING. you’ve got to try and the squash and apple suppli (unreal) and seriously the draft dirty martini with the Calabrian chile olives was delicious.

Excellent as always. Good food, good service, good atmosphere. Good date-night spot, or take the kids. We have tried nearly everything on the menu and are never disappointed Highlights include the Whipped ricotta, and burrata & smashed avocado. Must try. The hash-browns are a nice surprise, and the chicken parm is large enough to feed the table with 1 order. It’s HUGE, and always cooked juuuust right. Pizza is great Drinks are great too, whether you’re enjoying the booze or a moc-tail. Enjoy!

We were attracted to Josephine by the BYOK offer. Free pizza or pasta for kids under 12. It’s a really pretty restaurant, with a nice menu, and we appreciate their effort to be family-friendly but other diners might not appreciate kids running around.

Outstanding food and exemplary service from the whole staff. Outstanding pizzas and great desserts as well. Very professional wait staff and management I could dine here 5 nights a week!

Everything was absolutely delicious and our waiter was helpful and accommodating. If anything the menu is a bit rich overall - would have been nice to see some lighter salads or starters on the menu, or the option for half sized pastas, but otherwise extremely pleased with our first visit. Pizza was yummy and the pastas were excellent. We also tried a couple of desserts and both were delicious. Looking forward to our next visit!

This was a great lunch. I was just looking for a place that was open on New Year’s Day and Josephine didn’t disappoint! Great food that my whole family enjoyed and the service was fantastic. I’ll glady go back - and the thin crust and deep dish pizzas were amazing.
