New Year's Eve for 4 people with a reservation ..... We were seated upstairs, which we wanted. The staff, however, kept the door to the balcony open since people (wait staff and customers) were constantly going in and out resulting in constant cold air blowing into the inside dining area. We asked them to close the door and they said they couldn't per the manager. We then asked to be moved and we were lucky enough to get out of the main draft. Other guests at multiple tables were talking about how cold it was and never took off their jackets. Even when it was down to only one table being served outside, the door remained open. Wound up with our 3rd choice for our bottle wine because the 1st two were not available. One of our party ordered a steak, which was on his menu, and it was also not available. Another of our party ordered squash ravioli. It was served absolutely swimming in butter. Not only did it look unappetizing, it was not very tasty either. Nor was it hot. The table bread and the Italian salad were the best part of the meal. Other items were not particularly bad, just underwhelming. Wait staff did a good job and were fairly attentive. We have been to Juliet's 3 or 4 times since they reopened. Opinion has been the same each time.

busy new years night... We had reservations, got there and someone was at our table. We were seated in an area near the bar and it was a black hole of who was supposed to be our wait person. Finally had to go to the bar tender to get service and she said she was our wait person. Service continued to be poor waiting for water and bill. Other patrons on each side had the same issues. This specific area near the bar upstairs was a black hole of service. After conversation with the manager, he did make it right with gift card, but probably wouldn't of come back if it weren't for the gift card.

Calamari had no salt and I could only taste pepper. Lasagna had no meat, apart from one bit of sausage. The marmalade chicken came with a ton of zucchini, only a little bit of fingerling potatoes and the mushrooms were from a can. The space is cute, but the food is not what it used to be

It was the most horrific experience. The food was terrible and the service was horrible. I don’t recommend anyone to eat there. Don’t waste your money on this restaurant 🤬

Loved the places update, this was our first time back since under new ownership. The place looks great. We sat on the second floor and loved the view of the lights at night. The new owner/ manager came up to us and our waitress comped us a desert for our anniversary. Great staff. We’ll be making it a bi-weekly visit from now on.

Good …. Not great. The chef just missed the mark on the sauces. Not a good thing for an Italian restaurant. We liked our server but the rest of the staff seemed harried. They seemed unprepared for the large crowd. Been to this restaurant for lunch and it was much better.

Chicken Marsala was nasty. Basically fried chicken in a bath of oil. And chicken was over cooked. Table of 6 and 3 people ordered this dish. Everyone said the same. And it took 25 minutes to get our drinks from the bar. Also, the restaurant was stupid loud. Had to yell to talk to anyone. Stressful evening. Will NOT be going back!

We made reservations for a table upstairs so we could see the lights on the square. We were seated promptly and had the perfect table overlooking the square. Our server joined our table immediately, and took our drink orders, and fresh warm bread was delivered immediately. Once our wine arrived a We placed our dinner order. Again, great prompt service. We enjoyed our wine and the beautiful ambiance leisurely while we waited for our soup. I had tomato basil, hubby had butternut squash, both souls were delicious. Our main courses arrived and did not disappoint. I had the beef lasagna, and it was delicious, so much meat! My on,y suggestion would be a little more cheese. My husband had the white sauce lasagna with an Alfredo sauce with chicken, and it was delicious too. We ended the evening with coffee and tiramisu which was delicious! Bottom line, if you’re looking for a nice dinner, reasonably priced, with great ambiance and wonderful service give Juliet on the Georgetown square a try.
