   When we arrived there were very few people at the restaurant (2:30 p.m.). The manager indicated we could not sit in the atrium because the bartender was the only server and it would be easier on him not to have to go beyond the seating area closer to the bar. At first, that was a bit annoying because the atrium is nicer and the manager was accommodating his employee over his customer. This proved to be a very positive visit, however. With such a little staff, we were concerned about the kitchen staffing, but our meal was wonderful. The best house made minestrone we have had, and David, the bartender and server, was efficient, friendly, and gave great meal suggestions. Our sandwich choices were very tasty, and the presentation of our shared wedge salad was delicious. We have been frequenting this restaurant for many years when it was part of the Omni chain, and it does not disappoint now that the hotel has changed to Marriott.

   Our first experience at Juliette's was dinner on 07 Jan. It was excellent from top to bottom. Service and food were great. Then the next morning at 0830 we had the buffet breakfast. We waited at the hostess stand for five minutes even though there were only about three tables occupied. When we were escorted into the restaurant, none of the empty tables were cleaned and we ate at a table near the bar. I helped myself to eggs, sausage, bacon, and potatoes. Everything was cold. I ate the cold sausage and bacon and had to leave the rest. I then ate some pastry. I reported this to the waitress and the manager came to apologize and offered that fresh food was coming out. Too late. I used to travel almost weekly to a different city/country and never had such a breakfast. I'll add that our stay at the hotel was wonderful. Front desk and manager were professional and personable. Our room was clean and comfortable. Valet service was perfect.

   A great choice before we went to the symphony. Restuarant was very nice and well appointed. Food was very good, especially the short ribs. Nice wine list. Our server, Jessika B was outstanding! She was so friendly and attentive. Always seemed to anticipate our needs. Jessika made the experience even more special.

   We made a reservation but it was not needed. They were short-staffed and didn’t even have a hostess to get us a table, so we sat at the bar. Thankfully the food was decent, but the main highlight was the bartender, David. He made an average hotel bar better. Without David, this was a 2 star experience.

   Great chicken Caesar salad. The restaurant was pretty empty so the food and service was quick.

   To few food items to choose and quite pricey. Ordered medium rare burger and it came out as medium to well done. Fries were very good. Also ordered Martini - which was good , but it was served in a rock glass with about an inch of drink - what happened to Martini glasses for drinks like this. Waited a long while to get check and had to ask someone to get our server for it. Not enough wait staff, especially on a busy evening. Frankly, it was so much better when Juliette's was part of the Omni -Marriott needs quite a bit of improvement. Hope this info helps.

   Overall experience was fine nice hotel restaurant service was OK food ok burger was over cooked requested well done not burnt didn't think that needed to be stated if there's a next time will definitely emphasize Not burnt it was apparent waitress was overloaded based on dinning room size and guest her staying very busy Mgmt needs to know when someone needs support my opinion

    We had 5:45 reservations, were seated at 6:05 and then waited 10 minutes before being waited on. We had 7:30 theater tickets so I was concerned. Our order was taken and we waited 20+ minutes before our food was brought. My wife got the lobster ravioli which seemed as if they had come out of a pre-prepared box and had precious little lobster. I got the blackened Mahi and the rather fishy taste and lemon it came with were the most taste the dish had. It was served with a flavorless, and very dry, rice pilaf and broccoli steamed to the point of being mushy. It would also be advantageous if the meals were prepared by a chef (no chef would have allowed broccoli that mushy to be served) and not kept heated to serve cafeteria style from the kitchen The restaurant was so crowded when we arrived and it was apparent, despite knowing there was a Symphony and Theater performance, they had not planned for this much business.. The prices certainly do not reflect that level of dining or service. Juliette’s is probably a good place to go for a drink after the show, but it is an option of convenience, not choice, for dinner. I will order the overpriced hamburger next time, simply because even if it is being reheated it is hard to mess up a burger.
