Junction's menu is unique to our combined Spanish, Cuban & Mexican family heritage, blending childhood favorites with the flavors & ingredients discovered while traveling the Spanish-speaking world. Enjoy our tapas, paellas and bbq parrillada featuring grilled wagyu flat iron steak, Spanish Iberico pork presa & Spanish chorizo sausage for dinner Thursday through Monday. Never miss our empanadas available for dinner and lunch that includes bowls & sandwiches plus our Brunch menu on Saturdays & Sundays. Join us for dinner on Tuesdays & Wednesday for Mexico Ancestral, our pop-up restaurant featuring authentic, regional Mexican cuisine with Junction staff Chef, Diego. We're located in downtown Paso Robles at the Historical Train Depot.

I had the pleasure of dining with a friend for brunch today, and we were delighted by the experience. My friend ordered the chiliquilles, and I indulged in the Spanish French Toast. Both dishes were delicious – perfectly prepared, flavorful, and satisfying. To complement our meals, we enjoyed Mango Mimosas. The portions were generous without being overwhelming. This spot is worth a visit if you're looking for a fantastic brunch! I look forward to trying their dinner menu!

Always a joy to dine here. We had the pleasure of meeting Nick and Ingrid (and Yvette) last year and will make it a yearly tradition to dine here on New Years and other times as well. They featured some specialty items for the evening, signature dishes from two of their chefs, and the items were wonderful. The staff are mindful of the entire restaurant and not just their assigned areas. Keep up the great food, service, and enjoyable atmosphere.

The Junction has wonderful food with excellent service and a very enjoyable atmosphere. Owners Ingrid and Nick are the perfect hostess and chef and all of the staff is very accommodating. We thought the paella was delicious, the halibut excellent and the NY strip delectable, but the highlight is always those tasty empanadas! Such the treat!

Noel was a great server. She was very busy but took great care of us. We ordered the vegetarian paella but added chicken and shrimp. It was delicious!!!

Junction is a great experience from start to finish, beginning with easy parking and ending with fresh Churros. The variety of food is great and paella exceptional. The owners are a great couple who make you feel appreciated for dining with them. A large bar where you can eat and there is usually space available. Definitely worth visiting when in Paso!

Amazing quiet restaurant that we stumbled upon. Chef was outstanding and made my celiac daughter feel like she could eat practically everything on the menu. Food was outstanding. Will be back every time we visit.
