8:30 reservation, seated at 9:30. Sold out of 3 entrees. Poor communication from 2 hostesses. Disorganized, ill-prepared to serve the “special menu”. Have attended last 3 NYE when it was called Atrias. Never had a problem until this year. Looking elsewhere for 2025. The “rebadged” site now called Juniper Grill was a 2 steps backwards in all facets of food and service…Two thumbs down

The New Year’s Eve experience was not great. 3 hosts and each one said something different about being seated. Our reservation was 6:30 but we were not seated untill 7:30, they clearly overbooked, people were standing outside in the cold. The bar had 2 bartenders and were overwhelmed. The waiter was fine, the limited menu was a surprise but the food was good. I don’t think they were prepared for New Year’s Eve crowd. 3 hosts seem to lack experience. But the food is good and one of the best espresso martinis.

New Years Eve dinner. waited 40 minutes beyond reservation time for a table. 7pm and they were already out of dinner items. long wait for drinks and appetizer- then dinner came 2 mins later. brisket was good but dry, as was the roasted chicken. Server change mid meal but nobody told us. We had gone to Atria's for years for NYE, the experience was seamless, never an issue. Juniper Grill didn't seem prepared. maybe short staffed, didn't prep enough to run out of dinners at 7p. will try it again on an off day, though "cali-fresh" menu isn't for this market. Atria's menu & long time staff are sorely missed.

The dip trio, crab cakes, brisket & signature corn bread dessert were outstanding, are highly recommended and worth coming back for. The ribs were overcooked and dry, ahi tuna salad half the size normally served at that price and mango not ripe enough. The espresso martini was delicious but undersized as well. Ms Tyler was an awesome incredible server and a strong asset to the team. Noise level was so loud that it was difficult to place our order or carry on a conversation at our table. Love Guinness being available on tap.

We had a very good dinner with excellent service. Table seated near us was very loud so that was the biggest negative. The rotisserie chicken avocado salad was delicious as was the California chicken sandwich amd the smokehouse platter.

Delicious brisket dinner and Yukon mashed potatoes at a very reasonable price. My three friends also enjoyed their dinners (2 had salads and one had a chicken sandwich and French fried which were delicious!
