This was my second time here and the experience was just about the same. I made a reservation for Valentine’s Day. That was a huge mistake. One, the advertisement was misleading. They advertised almost as if it was a Valentine’s pop up. The reservation was pointless because they were clueless and didn’t refer to reservations. The bus boy had to take the order cause the waitress never came back. We waited two hrs for drinks, which were wrong. Then we had to ask that they look like the advertisement. The waitress finally came to take the order. My fiancé asked if they were short staffed. She made a face then preceded to get an attitude and explain that there were more important things happening in the court yard that she needed to tend to. The quality of the food does not match the price. I didn’t get food because I was extremely disappointed and did not want to waste Valentine’s Day in a restaurant waiting for food. The service has been consistently poor which sucks because the restaurant does have potential. However, who wants to pay for fine dining with Mc Donald’s service. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. The waitress should truly consider another profession. She was extremely rude, and not just to us. There were 4 to five tables ALL waiting for orders. It was so bad we started having conversations with one another about how terrible the service was. The only reason I gave one star was because the music selection. She truly need to clean house and start over. This is exactly how restaurants start to go down.
