    One of Scotland’s leading chefs, Tom Kitchin is proprietor of The Kitchin in Edinburgh’s Leith waterfront, which was awarded a Michelin Star in 2007, just six months after opening, making Tom Scotland’s youngest Michelin-starred chef proprietor at the age of just 29. The Kitchin has since retained its Michelin star, as well as becoming Scotland’s only restaurant to receive 5 AA Rosettes in 2015.     Great clean delivered food. Had the tasting menu. Well presented and filling. The wine flyte was excellent and paired well with the food. Will be visiting again!

    Absolutely delicious from beginning to end. Attentive, friendly service. Not so busy that you felt part of a process but great atmosphere. Indian fine dining without pomp. Really delicious menu with a good combination of inspirational and traditional dishes. Highly recommend the scallop with chicken skin.
