   Went to Kanki for my daughter’s it was a great experience and she had so much fun. She absolutely loved the fire and the exuberance of the chef. We will revisit in the near future. The food was amazing we had enough to take home.

   This restaurant was recommended by two people. I was so excited to try it but was disappointed from the time of arrival. The wait staff was composed of teens and very young adults who were not professional by any means. They were loud and openly discussed their lives and personal business. When we were finally seated (if you want to call it that) we waited over 10 minutes for a waitress. The waitress was curt as well. Before we even received our drink order which was at least another 10 minutes I asked my husband if we were being punked. We came here to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and received the same customer service that we would have if we went to McDonald's. The restaurant was far from packed which did not reflect in our wait times. The only positives from this evening were the drinks and appetizers. The cook put on a decent show but the food was very mediocre and had little flavor. I was highly disappointed and won't return. Please save your time and money.

   This place needs a refresh. Food portion was small. Place was loud. Service was bad. Won’t be going back.

   Our Chef, Nathan, was very entertaining and engaging and prepared a delicious meal while we celebrated a family birthday!

   Our cook person was amazing!! Unfortunately the fried rice was under seasoned and my son’s chicken was overcooked. Multiple people ordered chicken and multiple were cooking at the same time but I don’t know if just our son’s chicken had been left on the cook top for too long.. it was very busy at 5 on a Sunday but the staff was great and replaced drinks so quickly no one ever had a chance to ask! :) we will be back

   All the waitresses or waiters need to take everybody’s order at the table. What I mean by that, instead of asking everybody what they want to drink they need to ask them what they wanna drink, soup or salad and entrée in the beginning. Not make everybody wait another half hour for a waiter or waitress to actually take the full order.

   Love the GF option but it did come out really late compared to the others. Wonderful chef!!

    We had a specialty sushi roll which was excellent. We also had the steak and shrimp….shrimp was not good but the steak was ok. Unfortunately I would not go back due to the cost . I can go to other hibachi restaurants and get a much better quality meal for $10-$12 dollars cheaper.
