   It's good. It could be great with a few changes. Would recommend, but is a 3/5 experience when it could so very easily be a 5/5 experience. Staff/actors are great; dining experience outside of the actors, not so much.

   What an experience. The staff were so amazing and funny. Enjoyed every minute Highly recommend Karen’s Diner for a great day out with lots of laughs

   Staff were rude, which was great. Food and wine was priced well. Food was yummy. Atmosphere was fun and funny

   Great food, terrible service as advertised. Definitely coming back. A trule remarkably dining experience! Recommended if you want to have a good time being roasted by staff and you may have to serve your own food by picking it up from the kitchen! Beware of being picked up to play games prosed by Karen’s staff!!! Funny and entertaining

    It was ok. I think if you want a real Karen's Diner experience, you need to go in the evening when it's busy. We went for my sons birthday at lunchtime and there were only 2 other tables of people with 1 waitress. She was lovely, but it wasn't the experience I was hoping for. I also paid £25 for the birthday cake add-on, but unfortunately, it really wasn't worth it. I'm sure if it was busier, it probably would have been a better experience
