   Kayao is beautiful inside, and the food is delicious so my friends and I overall enjoyed our dining experience there. The portions are small to medium sized and there’s no photos on the menu so it was hard to tell what was going to be enough to share. The only reason I didn’t give it a five was because we had included a note with our reservation letting them know we were celebrating one of our friend’s birthdays and we wanted a birthday special surprise type of thing. But that was not brought up and it was difficult to remind staff in a discrete way so we did not get to surprise our friend like we had hoped.

   Still one of my favorite restaurants. The octopus is one of the best that I had, as well as the oarmegiano claims. The capelini was the least interesting one, but still good. Can't wait to come back!

   Smaller than I imagined to be but a really adorable place. Food was great. I LOVE Peruvian food. And service was great and very quick. Will be back.

    While I really enjoyed the quality of the food, I felt a little short changed on the experience. We had reservations and were in and out within an hour. I get that the space is small so they want to move tables quickly but the overall experience felt more like a fast casual restaurant at fine dining prices. I have been to many nice restaurants that have a limit on table time but I never felt rushed to get out like I did here. Its a good spot if you have limited time and want good quality food - its just not a place you want to go to if you're trying to catch up with a friend or just have a nice night out.
