Ordered 5oz steak sked for well done steak it wasn't and it was warm not hot. I did eat it just covered it with mash potatoes and hp sauce. The road house seafood pasta very bland no flavor Shrimp was good salmon was dry and no crab.Is this helpful?

The service was terrible. Server didn’t know the very basics of steps of service. Never checked on how our food was, never informed of us any specials, had to go and find other servers to get boxes, had to go find our server for a drink. Wings were cold. Quesadilla burger was dry because it didn’t come with the “house made special sauce” that it’s literally advertised with and the server didn’t even know it came with a sauce. Overall terrible experience and as a server myself- servers like the one I had tonight are the reason people don’t want to tip anymore. I usually tip 50-100% just server to server but had I paid the bill I wouldn’t have tipped over $5 just on the principle of her being so untrained. And if she was in the weeds than yall need to give her a smaller section or not give your bartenders a section at all if they can’t handle the volume.Is this helpful?
