We arrived and were told that we did not have a reservation but were told they would accommodate us. There was only one other table in use at this time. We tried to order food and were told multiple items were not available. Multiple drinks were not available. Food was ok. One other family that were stead after us left before ordering. I would not return to this restaurant. It was disappointing.

Good for a hotel restaurant in central London with a welcoming ambience and standard restaurant menu . Expensive but no different to other restaurants in the area.

No atmosphere in the restaurant, there was only us and two other tables. Food was below average. Caesar salad was covered in sauce and not edible. The waiter who served us was extremely pleasant and he went out of his way to be helpful.

What can I say…. What a disappointment, we chose to book dinner at the restaurant as we had previously stayed at the Doubletree hotel and had a good experience in the restaurant. My children really wanted to go back. We arrived just before our booked time to be left for over 30 minutes in the bar, no one seemed to know we had a table booked, no one asked if we wanted a drink, nothing just left. After 30 minutes my children were very hungry and I had to find a member of staff again to ask what was happening. After a further 15 minutes we were finally seated in a totally empty restaurant. The service from there was a slight improvement from just being ignored. The experience is so unfortunate as the food was lovely but everything else was far below standards for even a Premiere Inn. Once we received the bill, it would seem that the problems were not over as we had been charged £21.98 for puddings we hadn’t had and charged £15.99 for a £7.99 pudding. I pointed this out to a member of staff that said the system was not working so couldn’t do a refund, he offered us 3 beers for the original mistake of over charge pudding, by the time he came back we had realised the extra £21.98, he exchanged the beers for a bottle of Prosecco, we accept as our children needed to go to bed. Upon researching this bottle of Prosecco, I can buy it for £10.99 in the shops, to put it mildly I was appalled. For such a reputable company it was a disappointment, we do not feel that after such a poor service and disrespect towards our family that staying or eating within DoubleTree will be happening anytime soon or that we can recommend it to friends, families or clients.

Came here before a show at Royal Albert Hall. Great location but was empty other than one other family so zero atmosphere. Food was nice but unlikely to return.

Was just ok. Food was not great and extremely small. A lot of money for what we got. We had a waiter serve us in a coat and woolly hat in side.
