    I really expected this to be better. Eclairs seemed to be from a frozen package. Stuffing was Extremely salty. A Buffet is self-serve and they charge a 24% gratuity that really offended me. Servers' clear plates and offer drinks for a 24% charge outrageous. I usually tip 15% at a Buffet. I won't go back. If customer is using company money this would not bother them.

    The service, ambiance and food was amazing. We had the best experience watching the Liquid Nitro Margaritas being created.. and then the taste was so delightful. The Sea Bass was excellent along with the Chicken Parmesan and the Steak Fritos. Our server was Michelle who most excellent and attentive! It was a win, win, win!

    Service was incredibly slow and inattentive. We put in all our food at once as was requested by the waitress. We waited about 10 minutes for our drinks. Food came out all together about 40 minutes later rather than being coursed out. Most of the food had clearly sat for a while. The steak for the steak frites was inedible. It had congealed into a cat food like consistency. We looked and tried to get the attention of a manager but could barely even get our own waitress to come over. Our water glasses were filled once the whole night. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had and I had such high hopes for this place. I hope Richard Blais is made aware of what the kitchen staff and front of house is doing to his name.

    Love Richard and enthusiastically brought a few other couples with us to try. Wanted to love it. Ordered plenty of appetizers, starters and entrees and dessert. Rate it as a standard average country club experience. 3 stars. Missed the BLAZE.

    We had a terrific time. Tommy was our main server, but everyone was great... loved the man who lit the fireplace and who ever made my espresso martini. Also loved the french fries... and I grew up on Idaho farm. The new decor was welcoming and perfect for IW. Thanks all! Terri W.

    Ricotta with fig appetizer was very nice…since it is advertised as a “shareable” maybe serving it in smaller pieces would work better. Two of our group ordered the salmon special and declared it delicious…paired with a nice lemon rice and shredded brussel sprouts. One order of the chicken parm tasted ok…a way too large portion, not very warm, should have had some pasta with it. Side salad too awful! Desserts were not ordered as they seemed ho-hum and not interesting. Good service.
