顔合わせで利用しました〜お祝いコース1人1万円でしたが、飲み放題の有無が分かりませんでした〜ランチ時間ならランチコース5000円でも良いかもしれません〜

落ち着いたお店の雰囲気がよかったです。接客の方の（女性）態度や知識が、もう少し…。口調や料理の知識（メニューの内容）は、しっかりされたほうがよかったかな。

結婚記念日の食事に利用しました。鉄板焼きでおいしいお肉を堪能しました。次回も利用したいと思います。雰囲気が静かで。ゆっくりできました。

家族でのランチで利用しました。予約確認の電話を頂きましたが、こちらの希望を聞いて下さり対応も良くとても好印象でした。駅からデッキを歩いて2Fの入口を利用できるのでアクセスもいいです。程よく広く落ち着いた雰囲気でした。お料理はフェアのお膳とお寿司とレディース懐石をそれぞれ頂きましたが、質・量共に丁度良く、お値段に見合ったものだと思いました。ただお酒やドリンク類が少々高めに感じます。食事と共に少しだけ頂きたいのでもう少しリーズナブルであれば…と思いました。

両親の古希と喜寿のお祝い食事会でお世話になりました。レストランから、事前に「苦手な料理」や「アレルギーの料理」の確認。「ちゃんちゃんこ」を無料で貸して頂くなど、とてもサービスが行き届いていると感じました。食事も美味しく頂き、タイミング良くお花とケーキも運んでいただいて、両親も大変喜んでおりました。和室もとても静かなお部屋で良い時間を過ごす事ができました。スタッフの皆様ありがとうございました。

お料理は美味しく、大切な日に合った金粉などを使った見た目にも楽しめるものでした。また、次の料理がくる間隔も適当で、あっという間に楽しい時間が過ぎていきました。

友人の誕生日祝いの食事で利用しました。お店の雰囲気は落ち着いていて、ゆっくりと食事と会話を楽しむことが出来ました。お料理も素材の味を損なわず、出しはしっかり効かせていて、とても品がよく美味しかったです。季節感たっぷりの食材と器で、見た目も楽しませていただきました。友人もとても喜んでくれて、私も満足です。久しぶりに優雅な時間を過ごすことが出来ました。

お料理を決めるところから丁寧に説明を頂き、悩んだ末松茸のコースにしました。松茸の香りを楽しみながら美味しいお料理を堪能させて頂きました。最初の器も印象的で、秋のお月様を連想しよりお料理を楽しめました。ご馳走さまでした。

両家顔合わせで利用しました。頼んだのは天ぷらコース。最初の3品ほどの小料理は美味しく、期待していましたが、天ぷらが来て正直絶句・・・。天ぷらの衣が、しなっしなのしけている状態。サクサク感がまるで皆無。おまけに冷めている状態で、本当に美味しくなかったです。例えるならばスーパーのお惣菜でセットで売られている天ぷらという感じです。天ぷらコースというのであれば、もう少し美味しく提供する工夫をされるべきなのではないでしょうか？忙しくて、厨房が回らないという様子も見られませんでした。（お客さんは私たちの他に2組ほどだけ）明らか、作っておいて、置きっ放しという感じです。これならば、某チェーン店のファミレスの方がよっぽと美味しいです。とてもホテルでのお食事とは思えません。バイトが作ってるにしてもひどすぎます。せっかく東北から、向こうの親御さんが来てくれてたのに、とても残念です。自分の両親も、こんなまずい天ぷらは食べたことがない。と怒っていました。顔合わせということもあり、クレームなど直接言いませんでしたが、本当は言って作り直してもらいたかったくらいです。決して安い値段ではありません。パレスホテル大宮での挙式なども検討していましたが、本当にやらなくて良かったと思いました。

週末（土日）で17：00前に軽く夕食をいただけるお店を探しており、なかなかグレードの高いお店で通し営業をしているお店が見つからなく、「欅」が見つかり無事、食事会ができたゆったりしている空間で、高級なコースからリーズナブルなコースがあり、さまざまな用途に利用できるお店です
