   Nice food. Staff seemed a bit stressed and weren't very friendly. I've worked in hospitality myself and always made a point of NOT clearing up and getting ready to leave whilst customers were still finishing their meals. We felt quite unwelcome by the time we left.

   Food was fabulous for Sunday lunch. However our waitress wasn’t so much. More staff straining needed. However - it wasn’t so terrible to detract from a really good Sunday lunch .

   The roast was quite amazing, great service and a good wine list. The Expresso Martinis were exceptionally good! We will be back soon.

   Really lovely staff, very professional and polite. O my down side was the service was slow. Not the fault of the waiting staff. Steak was delicious and we thought it was all very good value. Just needs to speed up a little bit!

   Went for a roast on Sunday. Food was exceptional - the beef was perfect. Only downside was that there wasn't enough! The portions felt a little lean for the £58 we paid. And get some draught beer in there asap!

    Excellent cocktails, starter ( focaccia) and sublime roast. But you know when you sit down and wait to order a drink, and wait to order a drink and flag someone down and order drinks. And then someone comes over and asks “ can I get you anything to drink ?” … Small flaw I guess, otherwise a really enjoyable meal, restaurant looks great, food was lovely. I hope they do well because I’d love to go back, and get seated and get a drink straight away. Perhaps I’m just an old alcoholic 🙄
