   We got to the restaurant in time for our reservation. We were seated late. That was really, not a big deal. Our waitress was sweet as can be but all of our orders were wrong My husband got a ribeye steak that was cooked like a piece of leather when he asked for rare And I got lamb chops that I asked for medium well that got served to me bleeding out There were four of us, and my girlfriend‘s meal was served to her raw as well The manager did come over and re cooked all of our food, but we were sitting there for two hours with having eaten only bread and a salad so ended up just taking our food to go. It was a terrible experience. In addition, my lamb chops were returned to me over the risotto with the pre-existing blood on the bottom. In addition, I woke up this morning with the worst stomachache and have had issues all morning. I’m an extremely healthy person. This does not happen to me. We spent a lot of time at Kirby’s because we live up the street in Southlake, but I will tell you that I will not go back again. I am very disappointed. The assistant manager did comp our wine but we ended up paying $159 for food that got home and went in the trash. Severely disappointed ….

   It was our first visit to Kirbys, and we will be back. The food was great, as well as our server, Armando.

   I’ve been a loyal guest at Kirby’s for decades. The reason is simple… consistent, attentive, and friendly hospitality and incredible food every time!

   Food and service was excellent. Way too loud with lots of folks yelling at each other. But overall, a very nice dining experience.

   We love Kirby’s. We were sorry to hear about Keith’s passing. Cory gave us excellent service, & it was a wonderful Valentine’s Day meal.

   Two hour dinner when the menu is limited and plenty of tables empty. Waiter was at the table for a total of 1 min over a two hour period. Food not good. Service bad

   We had a wonderful dinner. Only problem was the noise level. Had asked for a back quiet table, but when we arrived for our reservation the hostess first offered us a table in the middle of the front room. She finally found us a table behind the fireplace that was acceptable. Richard was a wonderful waiter and anticipated our every need. The was a private room right behind us with a table of 6 men. That room would have been a much lower noise level, but evidently the hostess could not seat us in that room. We will be back.

    We really enjoyed our dinner at Kirby's last night. The food was exceptional and the service was great. Everyone who came to our table took the time to make our experience special, and that means so much to me. It's the little things that add up! I'll definitely go back to Kirby's the next chance I get, and I highly recommend them to anyone celebrating a special life moment, or just wanting a great meal and service.
