   Our server (Aisha?) was outstandingly friendly. Food was fantastic. Hubby had Bloody Mary that he said was wonderful. Son had lamb chops and shared a bite - maybe the best ones ever. Chicken and waffles were great - pro tip - ask for a side of hot honey. Shrimp and grits met our Louisiana standards. Sides were delicious as well - okra, Mac and cheese, cornbread. Definitely a vibe for brunch with a DJ and mimosa bottle service. Nice casual and fun.

   We were so looking forward to trying this place out, however, we were sadly disappointed. Our server tried his best to make it a good experience, but we left less than impressed. No cold white wine anywhere in the restaurant. Red wine selections were subpar and overpriced. I get it’s a cocktail bar, but not everyone wants sugary sweet mixed drinks. Didn’t even get our drinks until post appetizer and after meal was delivered. Trio appetizer was not worth the hype. Crab cake was overcooked and deviled eggs had no flavor. Lamb chops were decent. I will say the chicken fried chicken and short rib were good, but not worth the drive to Dallas.

   Mr Washington was our waitress he went out his way to ensure we enjoyed ourselves. Very nice experience good and drinks were great!!! We will be returning soon

   This is my 6th time here and all the time it was great but this time. We was sent upstairs to wait even with a reservation which we waited another 30 mins to sit.. we were sat in the corner. We ordered our drinks but didn’t get our drinks until we finished eating our food. Well I didn’t eat my Mc and cheese wasn’t baked. It was just an horrible experience and I will not be coming back!

   Hostess was great at accommodating our party as we added two people to our reservation at the time of arrival. Waiter was nice but slow with service. We ordered our food and drinks at the same time but didn’t receive our drinks until after we were all finished eating. My mom never received her sides that she ordered with her entree until right before we were ready to leave. We decided to come on Friday because of three live band that’s supposed to be there from 7pm-9pm. Our reservation was for 8pm and which we were on time for but never saw a band in sight. Food tasted was great. No complaints besides just a few missing items.

   The services was okay. It took 40 minutes for the food to come to the table. The food was terrible. It was too salty for my tastebuds. I will never go back there again.

    Host was u believable. Had reservation set, came in and sat/stood close to the front waiting for table to get ready. She tried taking us way upstairs and around 3 corners away from everything and everyone to tell us to sit and wait here for our table. Totally unacceptable. We took it upon ourselves to let her know we will be going back down stairs to where we were to wait to be seated instead and was seated maybe 5 min after going back down. Other than that the place and food was great. The person who actually waited on us was amazing as well.
