    We really enjoyed our lunch on Saturday. Not as busy as the evening. We sat up the bak as there were 6 of us. I would say that the step up is a bit high and could do with a smaller step to more easily access the area. The food was delicious, we love the polenta chips, best I’ve ever had. As always, the garlic bread didn’t disappoint. Pizza was scrumptious. Our waiter was very attentive and all the staff greeted us as we arrived and departed. We have been several times and thoroughly recommend this wonderful restaurant.

    Our group had the $50 pp menu and the selection, quantity and taste was fabulous, great value for money. The gnocchi is the best ever and the pork cutlet. Charlotte was looking after our table and the service was excellent, she was so tentative and especially dealing with one members allergies. Cocktail delicious 😋- never disappointed at Kneading Rubys.

    We ordered the $50 set menu. The food was delicious as always however for 5 adults they have cut back their portions and we only had a mouthful each for some of the dishes. There was also a 10% surcharge being a Sunday which wasn't communicated at the time of booking online.

    The food is always excellent, the servers are always friendly and knowledgeable and the atmosphere is a great casual setting. Modern tasty Italian food that’s definitely worth a try.

    Kneading Ruby never disappoints… the polenta chips with truffle were next level tasty and the new mushroom pizza is also delicious. The whipped almond fetta was also really good. Service impeccable as always. What can I say, it’s the best restaurant in Wollongong and thats why we keep coming back.
