We came in on Thanksgiving. Unfortunately we did not get our favorite server, Sara because we were not in her section and were denied a table with her by our server. Service was okay, not the same. (We understand our favorite gal is leaving to another hotel, which makes us sad) The food, however, was absolutely delicious. An amazing spread! Kudos to your culinary staff.. The hotel is also decorated so beautiful. What a wonderful festive place!

The hotel is decorated for christmas BEAUTIFULLY! This hotel is just amazing! We love the bar, Sara waited on us per our request and we had a delicious meal!

The service was very slow. There wasn’t many people in the restaurant, but even with a reservation, we waited over 30 minutes to get a table. The food was OK. The kitchen was nice about accommodating special request.

I love this place. Every time I come I ask myself why I don’t come more often. The food is amazing (even my kids love it), especially the pasta and tacos, there plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options and the fact that it’s in a hotel makes it even more special, since the Renaissance is amazing. We like to sit in one of the booths that open up to the lobby of the hotel, and it makes for the most unique ambiance in the city.

The Knotty Deck has become our favorite hotel restaurant for our business travels. We absolutely love the food! The best tortilla soup on earth! Sara, the most charming person, is such a delight to see each time. She makes the experience at your hotel that much more special!

What a pleasurable evening! First of all randomly stumbling upon Sara, who owned Santa Fe’s top restaurants, Coyote Cafe & Geronimo was such a treat! We are in town dealing with two deaths, so running into her here was a treat. The bartenders at this hotel are the best! Kelly was also just the sweetest person on earth! The food is so surprising as well! Who would think hotel food would be so great! Seriously the best brisket burger ever! my only gripe is that there could be a better selection of bubbly! Other than that, y’all have nailed what it takes to be a spot on classic establishment. The service could not have been more stellar!

My husband and I had dinner here this evening and our experience was nothing short of delightful. From start to finish the service was great. I started with a white Negroni cocktail, which was perfectly balanced. For appetizers, we ordered the Chimichurri fries- delicious. My salad was fresh and crisp, and my husband described his salmon as “perfect”. The setting was beautiful and offered and lovely, peaceful view. The hotel that houses the restaurant has a grand yet welcoming atmosphere. If you’re looking for a place with excellent food, beautiful scenery, and top-notch hospitality, this is certainly worth a visit. We’ll be back!

Great place for a lunch meeting!! We had the nachos, BLTE sandwich, and delicious Knotty Tacos. YUM!! The food was so good, and the service was amazing! Pro tip: ask Ralph for his famous Cuban espresso!
