The food was boring. We ordered 3 dishes to try . We order mild so maybe if we had increase the heat it would have been better.🤷‍♀️ The cocktails were expensive and boring too. Mia Tia had absolutely no flavor

Not a great experience. Went to sister restaurant, Alisa Sushi & Thai at Harbor Mall in Lihue twice last week and LOVED their food, attentive and personable service and the setting so much. Koloa Thai food came out dry and tasteless. Super bright lights in restaurant so no ambience inside at all. Service just so so. Would never return to Koloa Thai.

Harsh fluorescent lighting, waitress talked to us once to take our order, then the seating is laid out so a staff member bumps into you every 30 seconds. Food is solid, not great.

Excellent food however service was slow waiting 15+ minutes to be seated after reservation time although arrived 5 early and no place to sit while waiting to be seated, plus no check-in desk at the front door. My order was incorrect twice after discussing my order twice with the waiter but finally brought me my correct order on the third try and the food was excellent as advertised.

We reserved for a Christmas Day dinner and were very thankful we did. They were the only restaurant in the area that was open for the evening. We were very impressed with the mixed drinks and the presentation of our food was intentional and looked incredible! Thank you to all the staff working on Christmas Day!

Our fried spring rolls were served cold inside, so basically uncooked. Second time around they were barely warm inside and egg roll wrapper still uncooked inside. Completely unapologetic. Every entree has an add-on price for protein which was already overpriced. We had yellow curry and the potatoes were uncooked like hard and you couldn’t bite through it. Pad Thai the noodles were undercooked. Then we had two order of Pad Kee Mao and noodles were undercooked. They gave themselves a 20% service charge. Worst experience and food was bad especially when everything was not cooked well. Do not recommend!

The food is something I have not had such a tasty Thai food anywhere sincerely!! We have eaten @ soo many Thai restaurants around the world & in different big cities in US we visited this in Kauai 2 times in 5 days tried 7 different dishes & each one tasted amazingly delicious!! Presentation of the dishes are like more than five stars for all of us!! Must visit the place !!
