   I LOVE Kona!! The hardest part is narrowing down what to eat - so much of the menu I recommend! I had the Asian Salad and traditional roll combo - a perfect lunch. My server was super sweet and took care of me - can't wait to go back!

   Well how disappointing to celebrate my birthday dinner. I chose your restaurant because I wanted to use my birthday coupon. We placed our order with the waiter who informed us he was new so we tried to give grace when he didn’t know what hot sake was. We ordered appetizer and dinner at the same time and expected to get appetizer before meal but it came all at the same time. The dumpling appetizer was outrageous over priced at $21 for 5 - seriously? My husband waggu fried rice was disappointing with grisly meat. All in all spending $100 with my coupon was crazy expensive! I guess we won’t be coming back anytime soon.

   They sat us right next to the fold up wall that would be outside seating in the summer. It was -10° and sitting there was COLD. The server was nice, but not very attentive. The food was diverse with lots of choices but for the price it was mediocre. My French dip came with au jus that had a thick layer of oil on top that made it impossible to get to the real flavor of the dip underneath. The potstickers for the appetizer were good. The three of us had water to drink and no dessert. So, one appetizer and three entrees was $100 before tip. We weren’t impressed by anything that would cause us to want to go back.

    I had lunch here with my in laws. The food is always good and the staff is great. The server we had today I had not had before and he was okay. Previously I have interacted with Katie and Emily as well - they were super friendly and helpful. We shared the avocado egg rolls and I had a poke bowl. My in laws had the tomato basil bisque. Everything was tasty. It was over lunch so it wasn’t super loud and it was nice and warm inside.
