   Stellar service, incredible food, and the perfect ambience! The owner is very friendly and even came over to our table to introduce himself. We loved this new restaurant and will definitely be back!

   Went as a group of four for my birthday and had a truly wonderful experience! It was our first time at Kosho, and the food, service, and ambiance were top notch. The waygu croquettes, the simple but delicious cucumber app, the shrimp noodles- amazing. They even brought out my dessert with a sparkler for my bday! Our server was fun and attentive and professional. With so many restaurants in Nashville to choose from, it’s rare to say it but we will return for sure!

   We ordered the tequila spritz and mezcal margarita to kick us off and they were beautiful and delicious! We then got the cucumber, crispy rice, waygy croquettes. They were incredible. Drunken noodles are a must, lamb chops were delicious and the bou buns hit! We will be back to try our the Shabu experience. Awesome service, very welcoming and great vibes!

   What a great find! First off the service was impeccable- friendly staff, clearly enjoying their work and passionate about the quality of service. We sat at the bar for a pre-dinner cocktail and had awesome conversation with our bartender. Then to dinner, where every plate was a hit! Cucumber Sunomono was a great palate cleanser, edamame hummus was a unique surprise- so yummy- and make sure to get all the yakitori options! Our server Joyous was a vibe, as was the music during the entire dinner. Cant wait to visit again next time we’re in Nash!!

   We loved our dinner experience at Kosho at the Shabu bar. We tried several of the shareables, shabu, and the special matcha cheesecake! It’s a bit off the beaten path but is a short walk from Broadway and has a paid garage attached to it.

   We so enjoyed Kosho by Tabu in So Bro We were so impressed with the service * the small but inviting space... We sat at the sushi bar & watched them prepare our dishes.. standout sharable plates The garlic noodles with prawn, fresh water eel with crispy rice & lamb chops! Drinks were amazing.. I can't remember our waiters name, but he was awesome!! Wonderful service! highly recommend you try them out also, I think you will be impressed!

   This is my 2nd time coming and brought two friends for a birthday!! They gave us a custom menu and card. The food is fresh, drinks are divine and JOSE is the MAIN attraction. Best server in Nashville.

    The food was outstanding and we really enjoyed our time there. Drinks and service were a bit slow but likely because they are new. Management did come over to check in multiple times after we made them aware of initial slow service issues. We’ll be back!
