Great for outdoor dining

Koyi Sushi, situado en la colonia Roma, busca ofrecer una cocina japonesa que coquetea con detalles orientales como las salsas, los ingredientes y algunas técnicas, dando como resultado platos creativos, pero de sabores refinados, que podrían resultar un atrevimiento para los puristas, pero un gozo para las almas libres.

El chef David Portillo ha creado una carta que incluye especialidades clásicas como los nigiris, así como sashimi bowl con combinaciones creativas que van más allá del pescado crudo, incorporando productos de alta calidad.

La selección de arroces hace gala de un producto base de altísimo nivel, un arroz de grano corto, estupenda firmeza, aromático y delicado, que se corona con delicias como el short rib, los hongos salteados o anguila y yema de huevo curada en soya. Por otro lado los Camarones Kung Pao Tempura, soft shell crab y noodles preparados con Coca-Cola, redondean una experiencia gastronómica que promete convertirse en la favorita del barrio.

Amazing place. Super fresh fish. Small so very much have access to chef and recomendations from him. Very pleasant surprise as at a fist glance you wouldn’t expect too much from the place

Tomamos el arroz con cangrejo, estaba cremoso y delicioso. También unos niguiris y un bowl de sashimi todo super fresco y muy sabroso. Para terminar un café filtrado Funky super bien hecho en kalita. Comida perfecta

The food was very mediocre, there was shredded Parmesan on a scallop sushi, which I I think was trying to be clever, but it was just bad and a waste of a scallop, and also not noted on the menu or I never would have ordered it. I’m not sure there was any wait staff there when we arrived even though it was an hour after they opened and whoever was there was extremely unhelpful. The restaurant smelled like a bathroom. And it was very overpriced for the food and experience.
