   Hmm where to start. The service from the wait staff despite all of the issues we had with the food was excellent and the only reason we paid the 10% service charge. First time round our steak came virtually raw and inedible despite asking for medium, the carrots rock hard, the sauces yuk! Second attempt steak mostly well cooked but the amount of inedible gristle was unacceptable on a £62 cut! The sauce was runny and raw, as for the carrots cooked this time but so salty you could not eat them. The beef dripping chips on both attempts were perfect. The bloomin onion first time perfect, second time over cooked. Having been to Kyloe many times and even booked the private dining room on several occasions I expected better. Might not be back for a while!!

   Had a lovely roast dinner on Sunday after the rugby. Could not fault the service and the food. Staff professional and very friendly Will be back soon

   First time dining and loved the setting and staff were very helpful in choosing our joints etc , great view of Christmas market from window , very happy all round 👍

   We enjoyed a fabulous meal - food (we had the cout de boeuf with three sides and two sauces between us) was delicious together with a great wine - service (prompt, and friendly but never hurried) was excellent too. Thanks for a lovely dining experience!

   Delicious food, well worth the price. Excellent service and attention to detail. They bring you example plate of different types of steaks and explain to you what is what and answer your questions. I found it not only entertaining but also rather helpful with my selection as I know little about steaks. When I was making the reservation I put a note that it was my husband birthday and at the end they brought complimentary happy birthday board with some chocolates and sweets, very nice touch! We really enjoyed our evening and the food was fantastic.

   Pleasant environment and staff. We ordered the Sirloin Roast for a special occasion. Sides and meat were perfectly tasty but everything was lukewarm and there was some sort of tendon running through the middle of the meat which made everything difficult to cut and some sections inedible. At £80 we were expecting it to be something special and it was good but not great. Hotter food, crispy roast potatoes and a better piece of meat would have made all the difference.

    It was my niece 18th birthday and the staff made her feel special. Great food and excellent staff.
