    I just tried La Carbonería, and I have to say, it was a great surprise. The food is delicious; everything has that authentic, well-made taste that leaves you more than satisfied. The meat was cooked to perfection, and the sides had a homemade touch that I loved. The atmosphere is super nice, and the service is top-notch: the staff is really friendly and always makes sure you have everything you need. You can really tell they care about you having a good experience. It's definitely a place I want to go back to, and I recommend it to anyone who wants great food and a good time. La Carbonería is a solid choice!

    Recientemente, tuve el placer de disfrutar de una comida que superó todas mis expectativas en un restaurante local. Desde el primer bocado, supe que estaba a punto de vivir una experiencia culinaria memorable. Comenzamos con el chicharrón de queso, que llegó a la mesa perfectamente dorado y crujiente. Cada trozo era una explosión de sabor, Bañado de una salsa macha que le daba un toque picante y ahumado inigualable. La combinación de la textura crujiente del queso con la salsa era simplemente divina, haciendo que cada bocado fuera un deleite para el paladar. La costilla cargada fue el plato estelar. Con su carne super blandita y jugosa, se deshacía en la boca con facilidad. La generosidad de la porción era impresionante, y el sabor ahumado y especiado la hacía aún más irresistible. No pude evitar pedir un poco más de salsa para disfrutarla al máximo. Para cerrar esta experiencia, el pastel de tres leches al café fue el toque perfecto. Su textura esponjosa y la mezcla de sabores frescos y dulces brindaron un final ideal a la comida. Cada bocado era un abrazo reconfortante, y el toque de café le daba un giro delicioso que me mantuvo deseando más. Sin duda, esta comida fue un viaje de sabores que me dejó con ganas de regresar. Cada plato ofreció una experiencia única, convirtiendo una simple comida en un festín memorable. ¡No puedo esperar para volver y disfrutar de estos sabores inigualables nuevamente!     Excelente atención y variedad de platillos, recomiendo que prueben las costillas cargadas el platillo viene muy bien servido 👍 además preparan las bebidas en tu mesa, es una gran experiencia.

    Excelente servicio De entradas, se lucieron con la coliflor y los chicharrones de rib eye. Bebida un vinito para acompañar. Pedimos un Rib Eye para compartir y también estuvo muy rico.

    I love te food offered at la carboneria. This time we tried a ribeye to share and it was delicious. We ordered lemonade to drink and it was good. Without a doubt, the best oart of all is the quality of the service.
