   Our meal was delicious. Service was excellent friendly and attentive the venue was beautiful and inviting. Heirloom tomatoes salad was fresh with excellent dressing. Hummus was smooth with perfect spiced. with best blue chips. Snapper was tender and cooked perfectly. The pea foam and peas with pineapple on the chicken was one of our favorites. Nice wine selection and cocktails. Impressive deserts wish we would have tried but too much dinner.

   The ambience and venue are spectacular. Appetizers were so delicious, especially the onion tart and heritage tomato salad. Service was excellent. Waiters were friendly and for the most part great. They do need to remember which meal goes to which person. It’s a penchant of mine. Will say I was somewhat disappointed with the main course choices and food presentation for the cost. Was expecting a more exotic French flavour. Then again, am a bit spoiled. Have a family member who is an excellent chef and takes pride in presentation. On the whole, it was a delightful evening and a wonderful experience. Cocktails and wine list were #1.

   This was our first time going to La Casa and it certainly won’t be our last. Everything was perfect! The food was outstanding, especially the red snapper, and the service was exceptional. This restaurant is a beautiful addition to the already bustling food scene in Bucerias.

   The restaurant is absolutely beautiful with nice finishes and decor. The service was average at best. For example, we ordered still water which was delivered in an ice bucket (nice touch), but the server only poured 2-3 ounces in our glass before disappearing for 10-12 minutes. It was a bit odd that we had to get up from the table to get to our ice bucket so we could pour ourselves a refill. Not a big deal, but poor execution for a 5 star restaurant. We were served a small, gratis, appetizer before our salad. It was an asparagus stalk with melted provolone cheese with a delicious sauce. VERY tasty! My wife was disappointed with her filet. It was possibly prepared sous vide, with just some light grilled searing marks, but rather bland and under seasoned on its own. It did come with a red wine reduction that missed the mark as well and didn’t add enough flavor to her meal. I ordered the Red Snapper which was delicious. It had a delicious rub and was grilled to perfection. It was accompanied by a mini cream pitcher of a white sauce which was very tasty. Fortunately, it was a large enough serving that I was able to share it with my wife and she really enjoyed it with her filet. We had a very tasty dessert of a Pear Apple Tart which we devoured. It was served with a dark chocolate gelato like side which was also tasty, but the pairing lacked balance in my opinion. The stark bitterness of the chocolate overwhelmed the delicate sweetness of the tart. Overall, I sense great potential for this restaurant, but currently lacks the execution that I am sure will come after being open longer.

   Everything about this restaurant is special. The various rooms offer a lovely, personalized dining experience, with a few tables (there were five in our particular room) per room, which makes for a cozy intimate vibe. The service is attentive without being overly so, and the food. The food is beautiful and delicious. It is also very reasonably priced. For four people it was $272 for wine, appetizers, main courses, desserts. It was well worth the wade through evening rush hour from Puerto Vallarta to get there.

   A great new restaurant for Bucerias (only open a month). Everything was great. Service was the best I’ve seen lately. The food was prepared and presented perfectly. Even the prices were reasonable.

    Excelente experiencia en su nuevo proyecto. La misma calidad en alimentos y servicio, pero diferente. Volver a coincidir con Gabriel y Raúl y ahora con Gerardo, hicieron la noche muy especial. Gracias a todo el equipo de La Casa. Felicidades por este nuevo proyecto y mucho éxito.
