   We a regular visitors here. The food was gorgeous as always but the service was disappointing last night. We had to ask for things like cutlery and napkins and when we did we just got a handful of bar napkins not proper ones. No one came to check on us hardly and we had to look for servers anytime we needed something. We also ordered fries that never came with our meal but it was too much effort to get someone’s attention to receive them and by then we’d finished our food. When we payed we told the guy (not our server) and he just said I’m sorry I’ll speak to the manager and never did

   First time visiting and the food was lovely. Service was good. Attentive staff. They had a table magician on but we didn't see him so can't comment. The only thing that spoiled it was we felt rushed out at the end. We still had 1/4 bottle of wine left and you could see they wanted us to leave. This was about 10.30. It was busy when we arrived at 8pm and we probably didn't order until nearly 9 and had 3 courses.

   The food from La Casa is excellent. We had a good selection of different meals and they were all outstanding. The staff handed a very busy Christmas eve with ease. They were friendly and made us feel welcome. Highly recommend.

    What a great evening ! The tomahawk steak was wonderful and perfectly cooked. We want to shout out to our waiter for table 15 he was amazing and deserves a bonus 😁
