Cheval Blanc St-Barth Isle de France welcomes Jean Imbert to present a new culinary experience in its restaurant La Case. In a decor designed by Jacques Grange, La Case by Jean Imbert will offer a culinary journey in the French West Indies.
Caribbean fruits, chocolate from the surrounding islands, the responsibly harvested fish and meat seasoned with island spices form the delectable core of the menu.
All this combined with the Cheval Blanc Art de Recevoir for an unparalleled enchantment and an ultimate moment of conviviality.

    The service was impeccable. The DJ created a relaxing environment and the food was excellent. The service was top notch as well.

    Gorgeous place. Very quiet and if you want a romantic evening, you are at the right place. Superb service. Table looked phenomenal with gorgeous Dior plates. We started with caviar which was amazing. We did not like at all the blinis that came with it, I think they were made from sweet potatoes, so we end up having caviar with fantastic bread that they serve throughout the evening. We had an avocado dish and it was definitely one of a kind, original and with amazing flavours. It’s a must! We also shared chicken dish. Unfortunately that was not a star dish. Just ok. Also the knives are not sharp ( you really need to change those ugly knifes!!) and it was just a bit of struggle to cut our main corse with them. But the rice that came with it really wowed us. Baked with pineapple and raisins. And let’s not forget coconut desert! If you like coconut, be sure you order this. It’s truly amazing dish. Beautifully presented. Service is outstanding. Everyone is friendly, polite and professional at the same time. We loved that Chef came out to great us, once we were done with dinner. Definitely one of the best restaurants on the island. We will be back for sure!

    The food at Le Case was some of the best we experienced on the island! The razor clams and mushroom ravioli were a personal favorite. The desserts were the most creative and exquisite I’ve had in a long time. The staff were extremely attentive and created a lovely experience overall. The only comment I’d make is that the music from the bar was somewhat loud, but I’m sure many people would not mind that.

    The menu as well thought out and Interesting, something for everyone. The execution was perfect and the meals were absolutely delicious. The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond. All around it is currently my favorite restaurant in Saint Barth.
