   This is a beautiful restaurant. The location is very nice with parking (a plus in SF) around the neighborhood. The interior a cozy but with a modern flare. We started with the Focaccia di Recco which was more of a flat bread (think Matzah) with very light cheese and a hint of sea salt. We polished it off. For dinner we had Pollo al Mattone which was fantastic. The chicken was moist, the skin crispy and the Salmoriglio sauce was very tasty. The braised cippolini onions were soft, and mild but lightly sweet. The other dish was the Rib-eye Tagliata which was cooked to perfection (medium rare) with beef tallow potatoes that slightly crisp. The only disappointment was the Chocolate Budino for dessert. The hazelnut on the top was great but the budino itself was very hard (maybe it was straight from the fridge?) so it wasn't that good. The service was very good, attentive but not too much. We will definitely be back.

   We had a friend’s birthday dinner here and it was the perfect place. Restaurant gave her a birthday card as she sat down and made her feel special all night. Food was fantastic- great pacing of service and friendly staff throughout. Will definitely come back here again.

   Love their focaccia and potato pizza! Great cocktails and a good selection of focaccia. Rudy has been our server on a few occasions and we love his attentiveness and friendliness!

   Food was a let down. Expected much better from an Italian restaurant in sf where this is a lot of competition already

   Was hoping it would be amazing, but it just wasn’t. Had a great table, and while the service was good, it was a bit overbearing. Too much chit chat and excessively long food descriptions. Cocktails were all good! Pizza was ok, but lacked seasoning. The chicken liver had great flavor but was served on overly oily toasted bread. The risotto special wasn’t so special, especially at $48! Clumps of rice and again, lack of seasoning. Fish was the best dish of the evening.

   It was my birthday. Me and my five girlfriends had a table they wanted to seat us at running a bit late. I think the manager was letting us know that we would be seated soon. It was about 30 minutes over our reservation time when we were seated. Luckily we found seats that opened up at the bar because they have a no standing at the bar policy while you wait for your table. Hostess was sweet Server was great Food was excellent, especially the lemon pasta and my birthday dessert! I cannot wait to come back again!

   Well our first time but definitely not our last the server Gustavo was extremely professional and outstanding and the food was amazing.

    Very beautiful restaurant and atmosphere! Also, very friendly and attentive staff with quick food turnaround. Only setback was that the dishes lacked flavor (we had the Arancini, Squash fritto and Yukon gold pizza). Would come back for drinks!
