   Fantastisches Konzept mit außergewöhnlichen Wirt. Sehr persönlich, sehr aufmerksames Team und die Karte bzw. das vorbestimmte Menu ein wahres Gedicht. Es ist die begleitende Weinverkostung zu empfehlen…mit wie auch ohne Alkohol. Definitiv ein Ort, den es ein zweites Mal zu besuchen gilt

   This was our 6th time at La Cosecha and it did not disappoint, we love the food it is amazing, all organic, pasture raised ect... And the owner Colin always give s toast during the meal thanking all of the mazing Organic Farmers and all of the work behind the scene that most of the people do not see or appreciate, its a real Farm to Table conscious food and the only real restaurant that we reccomend in Nosara, and probably the best in all of Costa Rica

   It is one of the loveliest dining experiences that I have had. The courses are as visually beautiful as they are extraordinarily tasteful. It is simply an amazing dining experience!

   The chef is gracious and welcoming as are the staff. It was a congenial and conversational experience and a gastronomic amazement. The food is fresh, so flavorful and interesting. Local fresh ingredients paired with mocktails or alcoholic beverages (can choose either, none, or from a separate drink menu). Items were created with a wonderful balance of flavors that surprised and delighted us. We had the mocktails and a margarita. The basil ginger Aswaganda drink was our favorite. The delivery was well paced between various courses. Dessert was an explosion of tastes and neither of us could leave anything on the plate. This establishment deserves to succeed. The price is a value for what’s delivered. Truly a special experience and among the highlights of our time in Costa Rica. Thank you chef Colin for answering our questions and the opportunity to get to know you a bit. And happy surfing!

   I highly suggest going well in Nosara. The dining experience was incredible. The chef is very passionate about every dish he makes and i love how he stopped in the middle of the meal to acknowledge the farmers. I will definitely be back with my family.

   Extremely well done. Every course was well balanced and the quality of ingredients was evident. The most impressive part of the experience - that I have yet to see at any other establishment of this type was the toast by the chef and the words he spoke and gratitude he gave to the farmers, the pollinators, etc. His passion and intention was very clear. Highly recommend.

    Unbelievable meal. The Chef and his teams’ personal care combined with amazing talent made this one of the top dining experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommended with the wine pairing. Will be tough for anyone to meet the standard they’ve now set.
