The only authentic Uruguayan barbecue, now known as La Estancia, I am Jorge Gargano, I represent the third generation of restaurants, we maintain the tradition of Uruguayan barbecue, my grandfather founded Gauchos in Tegucigalpa 43 years ago, my father started the muleteer with some partners and at the same time decided to start La Estancia, 39 years ago in San Pedro Sula, and we have been in Tegucigalpa for 11 years, we maintain the same flavor, we are known for the rib roast, entrecôte, potato salad, delicious garlic bread, visit us and get the most barbecue experience, we have family barbecues, a terrace area, we have classic cocktails, a wide variety of wines from around the world, delicious desserts.
