First in 2008, in full view from his open kitchen, co-owner Jean Baptiste Marchand has delighted diners with his attentive-to-detail cuisine. In 2018, La Fabrique has moved next door and continues to offer its comforting, unpretentious, and contemporary cuisine. Our new space will seduce you with its spacious decor, its bright bar, and its terrace facing the park.

Nourriture extraordinaire, service impeccable de la réception à la sortie du restaurant. Une expérience culinaire incroyable avec un menu renouvelé aux 3 semaines. Il faut également souligner le service 5 étoiles de Madame Axel qui est sans faute. Un plaisir à chaque visite. Ce midi nous avons choisis un Mac’n cheese réinventé des plus savoureux avec noix, légumes etc. À découvrir

We devoured our food. I had the pancakes with thick bacon which was a perfect sweet/savory combo. I enjoyed every bite even though I think soufflé pancakes would elevate the dish even more! My husband had the croissant which was really good as well. My kids ate every single bite of their French toast and pork loin. Our table was very quiet as soon as the food came.

Un très bon resto pour le brunch. Délicieux et un service impeccable et attentionné. Nous avons beaucoup aimé... En passant le pain perdu et caramel salé est un must... Absolument délicieux. Bravo la Fabrique, bravo.

Love me a restaurant that switches up their menu! We were lucky to be there on the first day of the new menu & so we were first to try their gravlax eclair which was excellent. I suggested a slight increase in price to have more gravlax… The beef tartare was ok, not the best in my opinion especially after that gravlax it fell short for me. Their French toast is a staple on the menu & a must. The cream, oranges, cashews… were great for texture, acidity & flavours. A mix of modern, rustic contemporary & chic space! The service was excellent & attentive. Thank you!
